Booking Terms and Conditions

We will only hold your credit card details as confirmation of your booking and will not take any advance deposit on the card. You can cancel or change your booking at any time up to 48 hours before noon on your proposed date of arrival without incurring any charges. After that time we will take a cancellation charge on the card, equal to 10% of the total booking value if we are unable to re-let the rooms.
