James Corden and Sheridan Smith, who are both great animal lovers, recently made a special visit to Cefn-yr-Erw Primate Sanctuary. They were so pleased to meet the animals that both agreed to become patrons of the sanctuary.

They appeared together in the second series of "Gavin and Stacey" and have many other TV and theatre successes to their credit.

Sheridan plays Janet Keogh in BBC's sitcom "Two Pints of Lager and a  Packet of Crisps" and has played Cleo Martin in "Love Soup". She also took the part of Sandy in "Eyes Down" as well as appearing in "Fat Friends" "Bill" and numerous theatre productions.

Sheridan is appearing from April 2008 in the new London West End production of "Little Shop of Horrors" at the Bush Theatre, Shepherds Bush and at Christmas 2008 she will be back on our television screens  in "Jonathan Creek".

James recently won the award for Best Comedy Performance at the 2008 BAFTA's for his role in "Gavin and Stacey" in which he stars and co-writes.
